Agnes E. Gibson

Agnes E. Gibson, 100, of Berrien Springs, died Sunday morning, April 3, 2016, at Royalton Manor in St. Joseph.

A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Sunday, April 24, in the Castelbuono Youth Chapel of Pioneer Memorial Church on the campus of Andrews University, Berrien Springs, where friends are invited to visit with the family from 10 a.m. until service time.  Inurnment will be in Rose Hill Cemetery, Berrien Springs.  Online messages and memories may be left at www.allredfuneralhome.com. 

Agnes was born March 10, 1916, in Rainy River, Ontario, Canada, the daughter of Charles J. and Anna (Ferris) Louiseau.  In addition to caring for her family, she had been postal clerk and manager of the Andrews University Post Office for 40 years.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Lewis Philip Gibson in 1958; and two brothers, Stanley and Gilbert Louiseau.

Agnes is survived by two sons, Robert (Debbie) of Pentwater and Garth of Berrien Springs; four grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and her sister, Margaret Squire of Pentwater.
