Catherine Frances Grzesick

Catherine Frances Grzesick, 73, of Sodus, died Saturday, June 9, 2018, at Lakeland Medical Center in St. Joseph.

A memorial service will be at noon Saturday, June 16, at Allred Funeral Home in Berrien Springs, where friends may visit with the family beginning at 11 a.m. Memorial contributions may be made to Brian Sorce to help defray funeral expenses. Catherine was born September 20, 1944, in Pleasantville, New Jersey, the daughter of Guy and Catherine Smith. She was a beautician by trade, and she loved NASCAR and enjoyed going to races locally. She was a football fan, particularly of Peyton and Eli Manning and their teams, and she was also a faithful Cubs fan. Catherine loved Elvis Presley music, and she was a 70s music buff. She was also an avid reader.

She is survived by two sons, Brian and Todd Sorce; her daughter, Natasha Grzesick; a grandchild, Kara Sorce; a great-grandchild, Topenga Croy; and a brother, Buddy Smith.
