Marjan Markovich

Marjan Markovich, 82, of Berrien Springs died Monday, May 29, 2023 at Hanson Hospice Center in Stevensville.

Funeral services will be on Saturday, June 3, at Allred Funeral Home, Berrien Springs, where friends are invited to visit with the family from 3-5 p.m. The funeral will follow at 5 p.m. Burial will be at 10 a.m. Monday, June 5, at Rose Hill Cemetery, Berrien Springs. Marjan was born in Yugoslavia on October 29, 1940, the son of Ilija and Ruza Markovich. His dream was to come to America. He had been a wood turner by trade, and he worked as an over-the-road truck driver. Marjan loved his Lord until his death.

Surviving are his wife, Savka; son, Alex Markovich of Granger, Ind.; daughter, Vesna Patterson of Stevensville; two grandchildren, Luke and Jasmine Patterson; and his sister, Mara Regeljac of France.
